My Salesman, Art Ruiz, was very cordial and not pressured. I was considering purchase of a GMC 1500 truck. I was offered a test ride. I received an explanation of the sales process at Hohl. I was shown the rest room and coffee bar while waiting how the numbers worked out. Ciso Esparza, the Finance Manager I worked with, was highly organized and courteous. Overall, this was the best purchase experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle and I have purchased many new vehicles in my life.
I have brought my vehicle here for service multiple times. Have bought a new truck from them as well.. Service department has been exceptional every time. Sales, and Finance departments were pleasure to work with. When an issue arose they handled it well providing excellent customer service. I have a severely Autistic child. They went above and beyond to accommodate his needs ensuring his comfort every single time we have been there. I can't thank them enough for this. Highly recommend.

Lack of communication. No written estimate, verbal estimates for simple fluid changes given three different times with price increases ranging in $600 different each time no friendly welcome or smiles, Haven wouldnt help check out and was bitter, extreem price gouging, very extreme. You should be ashamed no effort in getting vehicle back to customer from out of town, parts delays, terrible service. Needs reported I will do so.
They don’t explain what every button is for on the vehicle. I can’t even find how to turn the fog lights on. I have to go to U2 to figure it out.
The service department was great. Car was serviced quickly and throughly. When it was noticed I needed new tires and an alignment. I was quoted $1200. Which compared to major tire stores in area was double for the same brand of tires. Just think it’s ridiculous that the dealer charges that. But otherwise great service.
Tristan crushed it. Made the process super easy and was very friendly! Give that man a raise he was the best salesman I’ve ever met. Made us feel welcomed and cared about what we were there for! Checked my truck in for service on Wednesday morning. Never heard anything. 2 phone calls and an email. Never heard anything from my advisor. Picked the truck up Monday. Nothing was done. The tech said service manager will call me and uber reimbursement. Never heard anything thing. The tech and service manager are liars. Never again.
We had a set appointment for service on a Friday. We were told it may take a few days to complete the work, after a diagnosis and our approval. I brought my GMC Yukon Denali in for a few different codes. I was told it was a battery issue but the battery isn’t low. I was told not to replace the battery and the codes will go away. Then they were more worried about trying to sell me tires. I brought the car home after they said it was good. It threw the same code and now I can’t get a call back.
Pleasant experience buying our 2025 Yukon XL. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions quickly.
I made an appointment for my truck to be repaired on 8/22 and delivered it on that day. I gave the service person , Mauricio, as many details as I could to assist with diag. I have a fuel pump issue and I even gave them the codes the truck was giving me before they shut off on their own . Absolutely horrible! Bought a Ford Explorer, needed parts, salesman said wait they be in next week! Three weeks later, no parts even ordered, then come to find out husband saw parts of drivetrain hanging from underneath it! Brought this up to sales manager he said we did it! Horrible place!

Not enough staff. Poor communication. Nice when buying but after that they could care less. Make promises they don’t keep. You can’t get ahold of anyone and they don’t return calls.
They went out of the way. They offered to pick the day after I picked up my Escalade from Corwin when they needed more time. Doug has really helped us with insurance questions by contacting multiple people in his network to find an answer. He helped us set up the truck. Post sale he has followed up on questions we had about the Tesla converter. We felt we received a fair deal on the truck and our trade in. Doug did not give us that icky high pressure sales tactic, much appreciated.
Friendly people that provide great customer service. Their fleet center mechanic is top notch and very knowledgeable.

I bought a Trax remote [200miles away]. The communication was patchy. After confirming the purchase, I made not less than 5 calls across a week and couldn't talk to a person. The car was delivered with some scratches and I wasn't made aware of the Smog test needing a couple of weeks of driving. Happy with the car but very average purchase experience.
The dealer had my truck for 5 hours and didn’t provide an update or update the app on status. I called and texted Erin who did not respond. I showed up to the dealer to find out they required an additional 2 hours. I directed to stop any further work. I am dissatisfied with your communication and level of service.

Michael Hall Motors is only the second dealer in my lifetime that I could describe as a relatively low-stress experience. What made us so was primarily the sales representative, Nathan Rivera. Attentive and very responsive. I plan to purchase our next vehicle in a year or two through Michael Hohl and if Nathan is there, only through him. David Morse, Parts Manager was also easy to work with. Because of our positive experience I anticipate servicing our vehicle at Michael Hohl as well.

Buying experience was awesome. I found the vehicle on their website and negotiated a deal on my trade in and the new vehicle without experiencing any of the typical sales pitch that so many of us are familiar with. Once a deal was struck I brought my trade-in in and drove away in my new vehicle the same morning. Probably the quickest car transaction I've experienced.

We love Michael Hohl Chevy dealership. They are always pleasant and honest. The technicians are knowledgeable. We recently had our 2014 Chevy 2500 in for transmission maintenance and an engine light. Turns out we had an exhaust leak. Transmission was serviced and repairs for exhaust leak were done. I highly recommend Michael Hohl.

I have been bringing my GMC pickups here since 2010. Most recently my 2023. Things have changed with the new cars being more complex electronically. My visit yesterday reinforced my belief in this firm. Collin and Travis were both very knowledgeable of the system I was having an issue with and outlined a clear path to correcting the problem. While I did not catch the technicians name his notes re: the repair order were clear and complete. A part is needed and I'm confident my return visit will fix my vehicle's issue.
Took my 2021 Sierra in last Wednesday for a clunk from front suspension and reverse tilt mirror malfunction. After three full days they didn’t even fix the mirror issue even though they stated it was “recalibrated”, they also said the clunk was from the struts and cross member as it has a lift, so I have to take it to the shop who installed the lift.

Horrible customer service! No one wants to help, they just keep transferring you from one person to the next. Then you leave several messages to ALL the people and no one calls you back. You ask for a supervisor and they don’t respond back either. I asked for the “owner” and that’s when someone finally knew I was fed up. I bought the car in July and I didn’t get what I needed until January. I would not recommend this dealership, they failed.
Great service. When I came to pick it up, they even went and got it from the parklng lot and to the front door. Cost increased alittle from the last time but it is worth it.

If you like to wait a month and a half to get a service appointment, and then get a quote so far above the realm of logical understanding, then this is the place for you!
First i was quoted $1,700 for a 100k service. This included cleaning the the MAF and throttle body, which was just mechanic in-a-bottle(fuel and oil additives, I am sure), flushing and replacing engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant, excluding transmission service since it was just replaced.
